As the name implies, “aptitude” refers to someone’s natural ability to do something. Aptitude Health endeavors to teach you the skills needed to achieve your goals, and by doing so, unlock your true potential.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Kyle specialises in exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities.
